Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing sales opportunities through various channels
- Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate product or service solutions
- Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Delivering exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record in sales with a successful sales history
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
