Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Business Growth & Retention:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Account Management:
- Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure timely service delivery.
- Analyze client data to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Ensure contract renewals and negotiate terms when necessary.
- Market Insights & Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings to provide strategic insights.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and improve client retention.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
