Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation:
   • Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
   • Design marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, banners, and advertisements.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to create brand-consistent designs.
2. Branding and Identity:
   • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to the company’s visual identity.
   • Develop logos, icons, and other branding elements as needed.
3. Digital Content Design:
   • Design graphics for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
   • Work on UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, if required.
4. Project Collaboration:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
   • Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.
5. Innovation and Trend Awareness:
   • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
   • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table for campaigns and projects.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience in both digital and print design.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a bonus.
