Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our premium product, HD Putty, directly to customers by visiting residential and commercial areas.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interactions, have excellent communication skills, and are motivated to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits to residential and commercial locations.
• Present, promote, and sell HD Putty to potential customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and address inquiries about the product.
• Identify and approach new customers in assigned territories.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, concerns, and suggestions to the sales team.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Matriculation or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours.
