Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Partnership & Membership Development Manager to drive membership growth and establish strategic partnerships within the club, hospitality, and recreation sectors. This role involves developing corporate and individual membership programs, fostering long-term relationships with partners, and enhancing the overall value proposition of our facility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with luxury clubs, hotels, resorts, or hospitality businesses and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:Membership Sales & Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new members, targeting both corporate and individual clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, tours, and meetings to showcase the club’s unique offerings.
  • Implement personalized membership plans that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Maintain an active database of prospects, leads, and members using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales and revenue targets.

Partnership & Business Development:

  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate clients, hospitality brands, luxury lifestyle businesses, and travel agencies to drive membership sales.
  • Develop exclusive membership packages in collaboration with hotels, restaurants, and wellness centers.
  • Lead negotiations for co-branded offers, loyalty programs, and cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Represent the club at networking events, industry conferences, and partner meetings.

Client Engagement & Retention:

  • Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and hospitality partners.
  • Develop and implement engagement programs to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for different membership segments.
  • Gather member feedback and continuously improve service offerings based on insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in membership sales, business development, or partnerships within clubs, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Strong network in the hospitality, corporate, and high-net-worth client segments.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and promotions.
  • Target-driven mindset with a history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
  • A background in luxury clubs, high-end gyms, resorts, or premium hospitality businesses is preferred.
