Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with a basic understanding of software solutions to drive sales, build client relationships, and identify growth opportunities for our company. The ideal candidate should be proactive, goal-oriented, and have a strong ability to communicate the value of software products to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and approach potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential markets to develop new business strategies.
- Software Solutions Knowledge: Understand the company’s software products (CRM, HRMS, ERP, etc.) and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Proposal & Presentation Development: Create business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to finalize deals.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align business strategies with customer needs.
- Customer Feedback & Improvement: Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (experience in software solutions is a plus).
- Basic Software Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRMS, or SaaS-based solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Analytical & Research Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic software applications.
- Self-Motivated: Goal-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales or software sales.
- Understanding of software development processes and SaaS business models.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
