Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, compliance, performance management, and training. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports the company’s workforce with policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring decisions.
  • Conduct background verification and reference checks.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving grievances professionally.
  • Foster a positive work culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain employee records.
  • Handle benefits administration, including insurance, leaves, and statutory compliance.

4. Performance Management & Training

  • Implement and oversee performance review systems.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation as per legal requirements.
  • Conduct disciplinary procedures when necessary.

6. HR Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports on workforce analytics.
  • Track HR metrics like turnover rates, attendance, and employee satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to HR challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
  • Experience in HRMS software.
