Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, develop strategies for financial growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and managing financial risks. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of financial principles.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and manage financial strategies to support business growth.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance.
Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate audits and manage tax compliance with relevant authorities.
- Maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Risk Management & Cost Control
- Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- Monitor financial transactions to prevent fraud or mismanagement.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Provide financial guidance to executive leadership and department heads.
- Collaborate with external partners, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
