Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and enhance our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing website operations, optimizing user experience, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in digital marketing, and a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Sales & Conversion Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Product Management: Ensure accurate and updated product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing UX/UI improvements and personalization strategies.
- Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with logistics teams to maintain stock accuracy, optimize fulfillment processes, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Data & Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic, sales trends, and customer behavior, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Vendor & Platform Management: Manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers, payment gateways, and third-party vendors.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute online sales events, promotional campaigns, and discount strategies.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure website security, compliance with data protection regulations, and adherence to best practices in e-commerce operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
