Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct product/service presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Customer Support: Address client queries, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide post-sales support.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
