Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Manage online reputation and engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (2+ years preferred).
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and social media campaigns.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with video editing tools (like CapCut, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
