Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers through various digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Manage online reputation and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (2+ years preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and social media campaigns.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (like CapCut, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
