Marketing Staff

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Staff member to join our team. You will support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist with content creation, manage social media, coordinate events, and help track performance analytics. This role is crucial in enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and promoting our range of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and update the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Support content creation for blogs, email newsletters, social posts, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and vendors for marketing collateral.
• Monitor and report on performance of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, etc.).
• Help organize promotional events, webinars, and exhibitions.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with marketing contacts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in lead generation efforts and nurturing marketing-qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms).
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
