💼 Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced and target-driven Freight Sales Executives to join our commercial team in Lahore and Faisalabad. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and selling customized freight and logistics solutions.


🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients in manufacturing, distribution, and trading sectors
  • Promote and sell freight forwarding and logistics services (road, local, intercity)
  • Manage client accounts and provide tailored transport solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing based on client needs and market conditions
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and achieve monthly targets
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth execution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the logistics market and competitors

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in freight, transport, or logistics
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of local freight operations, pricing models, and distribution networks
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and report writing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field

💸 Salary Package:

PKR 150,000/month (includes base + sales incentives; negotiable based on experience)
