💰 Salary: PKR 125,000/month (negotiable based on experience)


Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Functional & Operational Executive to support and streamline cross-departmental operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business functions, process coordination, and internal operational flow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily business functions across departments
  • Assist in aligning operational practices with business goals
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks related to procurement, logistics, HR, and admin
  • Generate reports and present functional updates to management
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal SOPs
  • Work closely with team leads to implement strategies and workflows
  • Support ERP and other internal tools/systems for process execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a cross-functional or operations role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
