Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Functional & Operational Executive to support and streamline cross-departmental operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business functions, process coordination, and internal operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily business functions across departments
- Assist in aligning operational practices with business goals
- Ensure timely execution of tasks related to procurement, logistics, HR, and admin
- Generate reports and present functional updates to management
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal SOPs
- Work closely with team leads to implement strategies and workflows
- Support ERP and other internal tools/systems for process execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a cross-functional or operations role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
