We are seeking a seasoned General Manager – Audit to lead and elevate our audit strategy, ensuring excellence in risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will provide independent assurance to the board and senior management while fostering transparency and operational integrity across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide internal audit planning and execution
• Identify risk areas and design controls to mitigate business, operational, and financial risks
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and frameworks
• Deliver audit reports and key findings to executive management and board
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
• Drive continuous improvements in audit systems and processes
• Build and manage an effective internal audit team

Requirements:

• Qualified CA, ACCA, or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
• Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership audit role
• In-depth knowledge of internal audit standards, risk frameworks, and compliance
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Proven ability to engage with senior leadership and board committees
• Prior experience in audit leadership within a listed company or large private entity preferred
