Job Description:
We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Deputy Manager – Microsoft Dynamics to lead ERP and CRM implementations, upgrades, and system integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics and a passion for digital transformation within business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations / Business Central / CRM).
- Customize and configure Dynamics modules according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline business processes through technology.
- Manage user training, documentation, and system adoption.
- Monitor system performance and lead issue resolution across departments.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and developers for optimization projects.
- Ensure data security and system compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Hands-on expertise in Dynamics Finance & Operations or CRM
- Knowledge of Power Platform, SQL, and integration tools
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
