📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Taxation to lead tax strategy and compliance for a leading organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in both direct and indirect taxation and a sharp legal and financial acumen to guide corporate decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all tax functions including direct, indirect, and international taxation
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and timely filing of returns
• Lead tax audits and assessments, and manage correspondence with tax authorities
• Develop tax-efficient structures for transactions and new ventures
• Work closely with internal teams on contracts and financial planning from a tax perspective
• Keep the business updated on changing tax laws and implications
• Supervise preparation and submission of statutory tax documents and reconciliations

Required Qualifications:

• LLB – mandatory
• One of the following is a must: ACCA / CA / CMA / MBA
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in taxation, including strategic roles
• Proficiency in corporate and indirect tax regulations (FBR, PRA, etc.)
• Strong communication, advisory, and leadership skills
