Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Deputy Manager – Mechanical Engineering (Female) to support and lead mechanical engineering operations within our automobile manufacturing division. The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of mechanical systems, engineering software, and professional communication, especially within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the mechanical engineering department
• Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical systems used in automotive manufacturing
• Prepare, review, and maintain engineering documents, technical reports, and drawings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution
• Communicate professionally via email with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Utilize mechanical engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, or equivalents
• Ensure adherence to industry safety protocols and engineering standards
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose technical solutions
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting professional growth and collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical or automotive engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and simulation software
• Excellent email drafting and professional correspondence skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
