Job Summary:

A reputable group-level organization is hiring an Assistant Manager – IT to support and manage its core IT infrastructure. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to ensure uninterrupted technical operations and efficient digital workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and network security
  • Implement and monitor system upgrades, backups, and data protection protocols
  • Provide end-user support across hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Configure firewalls, routers, VPNs, and security tools
  • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud-based services
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement
  • Maintain documentation of system architecture and operational procedures
  • Develop and enforce IT policies aligned with organizational goals
  • Train and guide junior IT staff when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations or system/network administration
  • Proficiency in server management, IT security tools, network configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, backup systems, and cloud-based platforms
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-demand, team-oriented environment
