We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Engineering to oversee and optimize plant engineering and maintenance operations within our herbal product manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operation of all machinery, utilities, and systems, and drive continuous improvement across technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant engineering and maintenance operations for herbal product manufacturing.
• Ensure efficient performance of all machinery and equipment including extractors, blenders, dryers, tablet/capsule machines, and packaging lines.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards specific to herbal production.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and R&D teams for equipment optimization.
• Lead installation and commissioning of new technology and machinery.
• Monitor and maintain utility systems: HVAC, water purification, steam, compressed air.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Manage engineering documentation, vendor coordination, and spare parts inventory.
• Lead a team of technicians and engineers with effective training and manpower planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering (preferably in herbal or pharmaceutical industry).
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in maintenance software and reporting systems.
