Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team in multiple cities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
• Meet assigned KPIs and contribute to overall regional business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Energetic, target-driven, and adaptable to diverse environments.
