Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional for the position of Executive/Assistant Manager – New Product Development. The role involves overseeing product development processes, packaging improvements, and cross-departmental coordination to support innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain records of products under development in coordination with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams on New Product Development (NPD) matters.
- Provide weekly updates on product development and packaging improvements.
- Oversee the development and improvement of packaging materials for new and existing products.
- Conduct in-house taste trials and ensure product quality compliance.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing (BBA/MBA).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Development & Management within the FMCG sector.
- Prior exposure to product development and packaging design is an added advantage.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Knowledge of packaging design and improvement processes.
