Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within the IT/software sector. Candidates must come from a Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical background. The role requires generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to support growth in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and pursue business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored proposals and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations, sales pitches, and documentation.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical discipline (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of proven business development experience in the software/IT industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of software services (Web, Mobile, SaaS) and industry trends.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
