Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources management across our online teaching and administrative teams. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy enforcement, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for teaching, administrative, and support staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company values and labor laws.
- Handle onboarding, training, and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports (attendance, turnover, performance, etc.)
- Monitor staff performance and support performance review processes.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a professional and confidential manner.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate leave management, shift schedules, and contract renewals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture aligned with Islamic ethics and organizational values.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure staff requirements are met and HR processes support operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the education or online services sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured, and remote-based environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Work Schedule:
Evening Shift (01.00pm-10.00pm)
Work Location: Commercial Market, Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Salary Package: 45K-50K
