Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Direct Sales Executives to achieve high-rise real estate sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and conduct meetings to convert prospects into customers.
  • Oversee site visits, presentations, and negotiations to ensure smooth closure of deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and investors.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and documentation processes.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Train and mentor the sales team, improving their skills and overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling high-rise residential/commercial properties.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience working with leading real estate developers.
  • Strong network in the real estate and investment sector.
