We are seeking motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Managers to join our growing team across multiple locations. The role requires individuals with strong leadership, sales acumen, and relationship management skills to drive growth and achieve business objectives in their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue within the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to enhance business strategies.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and management teams for target achievement.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Experience: 0–2 years of retail sales or business development experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
