About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives within the FMCG sector. This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop strong brand positioning, execute impactful campaigns, and ensure consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute both short- and long-term brand strategies to meet business goals.
- Manage brand positioning, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, ATL, BTL, influencer marketing).
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to guide brand decisions and product innovation.
- Monitor brand performance and market trends, using analytics to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Digital, and PR teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Develop and manage budgets for branding and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee packaging design, branding elements, and promotional materials.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Experience in managing ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
