Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive / Email Outreach Specialist to drive outbound lead generation and help scale our sales pipeline. This role is perfect for someone with a strong grasp of cold email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and B2B sales strategies — especially in the software or SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach platforms.
• Create, test, and refine cold email campaigns for maximum conversion.
• Maintain and segment prospect lists for effective targeting.
• Optimize open and response rates based on real-time campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the internal sales and product team to align outreach with company goals.
• Assist with sales presentations, documents, and follow-up communication.
• Maintain records of outreach efforts and generate lead performance reports.

Required Skills:

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, Hunter, etc.).
• Excellent written English communication with a focus on persuasive cold email copy.
• Knowledge of lead generation, CRM systems, and outreach analytics.
• Familiarity with the B2B sales funnel and outbound sales cycle.

• Experience with tech, software, or SaaS clients.
• Familiarity with sales automation and marketing workflows.
