Job Summary:

We are looking for a visionary and strategic Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the overall visual and brand direction of the company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on big ideas, strong storytelling, and design excellence—someone who can translate brand vision into engaging campaigns and visuals across all channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy & Vision:
    Define and develop the brand’s creative direction, tone, and style across all media—digital, print, video, web, and experiential.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team including graphic designers, copywriters, video producers, and art directors.
  • Campaign Development:
    Oversee the concept and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring creative excellence aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Maintain consistency in brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints—social media, website, advertising, packaging, and presentations.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, product, content, and sales teams to ensure creative solutions align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication:
    Present concepts to executives and/or clients, defend creative decisions, and integrate feedback to refine ideas.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    Stay on top of industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital innovation to continuously evolve the brand and push creative boundaries.
  • Project Oversight:
    Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring deliverables are on-brand and high-quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally in an agency or high-growth brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of campaigns and brand work.
  • Proven ability to manage creative teams and processes from concept through execution.
  • Deep understanding of visual design, typography, motion, storytelling, and user experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design or production software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in branding, advertising, digital marketing, and product design.
