We are seeking a CRM Manager to lead the development and execution of CRM strategies aimed at improving customer relationships, retention, and loyalty. The ideal candidate will drive engagement using data insights and CRM tools to deliver personalized experiences.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer lifecycle
- Manage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for integrated campaigns
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance
- Design and automate customer journeys and segmentation
- Monitor KPIs like retention rate, churn rate, CLV, and engagement
