We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner while ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Promote company services and provide relevant information to potential customers.
Provide excellent customer support through in-person interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by offering solutions and alternatives.
Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.
Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
Required Criteria for Candidates:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and empathetic personality
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office
