Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products or services. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to promote and sell products/services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends to confidently answer customer inquiries.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers, following up on leads and referrals.
  • Customer Support: Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and handling returns or exchanges.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing customer engagement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
