Deputy Manager Sales

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager Sales to join our team in the paint industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing strategies to increase market share, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Lead a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights to senior management.
• Prepare and present sales reports regularly.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4-5 years in the paint industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 – Rs150,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Paint Industry: 4 years (Preferred)
