Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & E-commerce Head to lead our online marketing and e-commerce operations. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong leadership to drive brand growth, digital engagement, and online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing and e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage online sales platforms, product listings, and promotional campaigns to maximize conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI and e-commerce sales growth.
- Lead and mentor a digital marketing and e-commerce team to achieve KPIs.
- Implement customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing campaigns and e-commerce platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
- Proven track record in scaling online sales and managing high-budget campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in omnichannel marketing and cross-border e-commerce.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
- Understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools.
