We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote our brand, products, and services. The role requires a results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Campaign Management
    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
    • Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and websites to drive traffic and increase conversions.
    • Coordinate with the design team to create visuals for campaigns.
  2. SEO & SEM
    • Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.
    • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms to maximize ROI.
  3. Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights to refine strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
  4. Social Media Marketing
    • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
    • Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster a positive brand image.
  5. Email Marketing
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
    • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and optimize email campaigns for better performance.
  6. Collaboration
    • Work with the sales and content teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and apply innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Google Ads or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
