Job Responsibilities:
- Actively generate and follow up on leads to drive high-rise real estate sales.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales campaigns effectively.
- Ensure smooth documentation and coordinate with legal teams for property transactions.
- Provide excellent post-sales service and customer support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on high-rise projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with renowned real estate developers.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
