Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate and follow up on leads to drive high-rise real estate sales.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase properties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales campaigns effectively.
  • Ensure smooth documentation and coordinate with legal teams for property transactions.
  • Provide excellent post-sales service and customer support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on high-rise projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with renowned real estate developers.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
