Job Overview:
As a Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to directly connect our paint products with consumers. Your role will involve promoting products through on-site visits to customer locations such as construction sites, home renovation projects, and retail partners, while driving brand awareness and sales growth. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Sales & Promotions:
- Visit potential customer locations (construction sites, home renovation projects, paint stores) to promote and sell our paint products.
- Provide on-site guidance to customers in selecting the right products based on their specific needs.
- Relationship Building & Customer Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, painters, and retail partners to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Offer personalized recommendations and support to customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge & Customer Support:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our paint product range, including features, benefits, and applications, to assist customers effectively.
- Provide guidance on product usage, application techniques, and maintenance.
- Inventory Management & Coordination:
- Monitor on-site inventory, manage stock levels, and work with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate product replenishment to maintain stock levels at customer locations.
- Market Insights & Reporting:
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to provide valuable information for improving our product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Regularly report sales data, customer trends, and feedback to management.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during site visits.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 1-2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the paint, construction, or related industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of paint products, application techniques, and market trends.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and partners.
- Independent & Adaptable: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel to customer locations and worksites as needed.
- Results-Driven: Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: PKR 32,000/-
- Incentive & Commission: PKR 30,000/- to PKR 40,000/- based on performance
