💼 Role Overview:

We are hiring a Driver Hiring Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for transport drivers across our Lahore and Faisalabad operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment practices, especially in high-volume, field-based roles like truck, delivery, and heavy vehicle drivers.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and hire drivers for freight, transport, and logistics operations
• Coordinate recruitment drives, walk-ins, and field visits to hire drivers in bulk
• Maintain and update driver databases and recruitment records
• Conduct interviews, background checks, and document verification
• Collaborate with operations and HR to understand hiring needs
• Onboard newly hired drivers and ensure compliance with company policies
• Track hiring KPIs and report weekly progress to management

✅ Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in field recruitment, preferably in transport or logistics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with local transport laws and hiring practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Must be willing to travel locally within Lahore & Faisalabad
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
