Field Manager – Tableware

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support field sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market share.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide timely market intelligence.
• Ensure product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure the execution of sales plans.
• Prepare field performance reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in field sales/area management, preferably in the tableware or crockery sector.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
