Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced General Manager – Finance to lead and oversee all financial aspects of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial planning, managing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions
- Ensure tax planning and compliance with local laws
- Manage investor relations and external stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and grow the finance team
- Collaborate with senior management on business performance and growth
Requirements:
- Qualification:
CA, ACCA, or MBA Finance from a reputable institute - Experience:
Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role - Strong understanding of corporate finance, risk management, and accounting principles
- Proficient in ERP systems and financial modeling tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
