About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual composition, stays current with design trends, and can turn ideas into visually compelling designs. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create visual content that aligns with our brand and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design a wide range of materials including:
- Social media graphics
- Web and mobile assets
- Marketing materials (flyers, brochures, banners, etc.)
- Branding elements (logos, icons, typography)
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and target audiences.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback and stakeholder input.
- Prepare final assets for print or digital use.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various media.
- Proficiency in design software such as:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Figma, Canva, or other design tools
- Understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and iterate quickly.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience in designing for SaaS or tech companies.
