We’re looking for a visionary Head of R&D to lead innovation, development, and optimization of food products. In this role, you will transform consumer insights and market trends into commercially successful products while driving a culture of innovation, quality, and scientific excellence.Key Responsibilities
✅ Define and implement R&D strategy aligned with company goals
✅ Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary R&D team
✅ Drive product ideation, formulation, testing, and commercialization
✅ Ensure compliance with nutritional, safety & regulatory standards (HACCP, ISO, Halal, etc.)
✅ Manage supplier audits, process optimization & technical documentation
✅ Oversee multiple R&D projects, budgets & external collaborationsQualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science, Technology, or Nutrition
💼 8–12 years in food product development, including 3–5 years in leadership
🥗 Proven track record of launching food products from concept to market
⚙ Strong knowledge of food processing, sensory science & quality systems
