HR–OD Policy Maker

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR–OD Policy Maker to design, implement, and oversee human resource and organizational development policies that align with business goals. The role involves creating frameworks for talent management, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and organizational culture enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update HR and OD policies in line with labor laws and best practices.
• Design organizational structures and change management strategies to support growth and transformation.
• Create performance management systems, succession planning frameworks, and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR and OD initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Monitor HR policy compliance and recommend adjustments for efficiency and fairness.
• Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Ensure HR policies promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and legal compliance.
• Provide guidance to management on complex HR and organizational development matters.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR and OD policy-making, preferably in mid-to-large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s labor laws and HR compliance standards.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and OD frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage change initiatives and work cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in HR, OD, or Change Management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, Prosci).
• Experience in organizational restructuring and culture transformation.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement metrics and strategies.
