Responsibilities:
· Facilitate in designing Individual and Departmental SMART KPI’s.
· Develop close liaison with stakeholders in complete PMS (Performance Management System) Cycle.
· Conduct TNA (Training Need Analysis) and develop Training Plans for Organizational Development to meet personal, professional and organizational needs.
· Initiate Job Analysis and Job Evaluation procedure.
· Provide expertise in developing and implementing the organization’s OD strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
· MBA/Masters in HR.
· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Organizational Development.
· In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 – Rs200,000.00 per month
