Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
- Managing and coordinating financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Supervising accounting staff and providing guidance and training
- Analyzing financial data and preparing financial statements
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to support overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
