We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Administration to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution of tasks.

Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff.

Supervise the administrative team, providing guidance and support as necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation.

Handle communication with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Assist in managing budgets and administrative expenses.

Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, records management, and attendance tracking.

Required Criteria for Candidates:

Age: 30-40 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills:

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects

Proficiency in office management software (MS Office, etc.)

Knowledge of office procedures and administration best practices
