Manager QA (Quality Assurance) (D Pharm, Chemistry)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager QA (Quality Assurance) to oversee quality processes in a manufacturing environment. This role is focused on ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, QMS, and other regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical, food, or related industries. Note: This is not an IT/software QA role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality at all stages of manufacturing and packaging.
• Monitor QA systems in warehouses (raw, packing, finished), manufacturing, processing, complaints, product recall, and change control processes.
• Verify line clearance and in-process control in production, packaging, and warehouses.
• Maintain GMP compliance during all manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Identify and reduce environmental, chemical, biological, and halal hazards using safety and GMP measures.
• Issue and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and maintain documentation.
• Develop, review, and train staff on HACCP, SOP, and QMS.
• Manage issuance, closure, and verification of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Handle and document market complaints and product recalls.
• Conduct regular GMP self-inspections to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy (D Pharm), Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, food, or related).
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, QMS, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in managing audits, inspections, and quality documentation.
