Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manager – Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of manufacturing. The successful candidate will lead QA activities in alignment with GMP practices, oversee documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain process integrity across production and warehouse units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality across all manufacturing batches at each production stage.
• Monitor QA systems in raw, packaging, and finished goods warehouses, production areas, and complaint handling systems.
• Oversee line clearance and in-process verification in production, packaging, and storage.
• Enforce GMP compliance during all operations.
• Identify and mitigate environmental, chemical, biological, and halal-related risks using preventive systems and GMP principles.
• Issue and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and maintain related documentation.
• Document and provide training on HACCP, SOPs, and QMS.
• Manage and verify the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process.
• Handle and document market complaints and manage product recalls.
• Ensure production and quality control procedures are documented and aligned with GMP requirements.
• Conduct regular self-inspections to verify effectiveness and compliance with GMP standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of QA experience in a regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical setup.
• Deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, SOPs, QMS, and regulatory standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with audits and inspection processes.
