Odoo Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions for diverse industries. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, providing tailored Odoo solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis:
   • Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business requirements.
   • Conduct gap analysis to map client needs with Odoo modules.
2. Odoo Implementation & Customization:
   • Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
   • Develop custom workflows, dashboards, and reports based on client specifications.
   • Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems or existing software.
3. Technical Expertise:
   • Provide support in Odoo module development and database design.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo applications.
   • Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and functionalities.
4. Training & Documentation:
   • Conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo solutions.
   • Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and best practices.
5. Post-Implementation Support:
   • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for implemented Odoo systems.
   • Work with clients to identify areas for improvement and implement updates.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Odoo framework and its core modules.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and XML.
• Experience with Odoo Studio for customizations.
• Familiarity with API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to address client needs effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization.
• Knowledge of business processes in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or services.
• Experience with Linux-based server environments.
• Odoo certification is a plus.
