Faials Movers is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, committed to providing top-tier services in the moving industry. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to Director to provide high-level administrative support to our Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.

Handle all incoming communications (calls, emails, etc.) on behalf of the Director, ensuring timely and efficient responses.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Director.

Assist with various administrative tasks, including office management and project coordination.

Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role, dealing with sensitive information and data.

Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare and follow up on important communications, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.

Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.

Education & Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or PA role.
